Custom Orders
Do you want to choose your sofa cover? Do you have fabric of your own that you want to use? Do you need a certain length, a certain depth, attached pillow backs or loose pillow backs? You got it. At Austin's, we are custom order specialists. Our sales and design staff are trained to assemble the exact look that you want. You bring your imagination and we'll provide the rest. And if you leave your imagination at home, we can provide that too. There are no surcharges or fees applying to custom orders. You pay only for the features and materials you choose. We actually custom order virtually every upholstered item you will see on our floor.
Special Orders
While custom orders generally apply to upholstered pieces, we are also happy to special order other furniture and accessory items that we may not stock. This could be bedroom, dining room, occasional piece or any of the thousands of other items we can make available to you. Our store is a no pressure environment, filled with people that want to help you make your home all it can be. Please come in and give us an opportunity to meet your furnishing needs.
